We do Professional refinishing hardwood flooring. We will restore the flooring, with sanding, replace the broken one and varnishing. We supply and install various of wood floor such as merbau, white oak, teak, walnut.
There are 2 type of varnishing, water base for large piece of wood, more lasting for scratches and fast dry in 2-3 hour. Oil base for parquet flooring, take 1-2 days to dry and smell for 1 week.
Your wooden floor may need sanding and varnishing work if there is scratches on the floor and need to remove it and recoat it.
If there is only light scratches on the floor and you are staying in the house already, with full of furniture, then we will suggest you to varnish the floor only without sanding work as it will be dusty and headache to clean up after that.
The best timing to do wooden floor sanding and varnishing is before furniture moving in or after you have move out. Keep the house vacant. If you are doing renovation work now, we should come in before painting work finish coat.
